Dr. Ram Manohar Lohia Hospital, formerly known as Willingdon Hospital, was established by the British for their staff and had only 54 beds. After independence, its control was shifted to New Delhi Municipal Committee. In 1954, its control was again transferred to the Central Government of Independent India. The hospital has grown over the years and is currently having about 1420 beds, spread over in 30 acres of land. It caters to the population of New Delhi and Central District, apart from patients from other areas and even from out side Delhi. It is having 71 beds in a Nursing Home for the C.G.H.S beneficiaries, including Maternity Nursing Home. It is fully funded by the Government of India .RMLIMS Nursing Officer Recruitment 2024 notification is released by Dr. Ram Manohar Lohia Institute of Medical Sciences (RMLIMS), Lucknow. The application process for a total of 655 positions of Nursing Officers in RMLIMS will start by the third/fourth week of March 2024 at www.drrmlims.ac.in.

1. Name of Post: Nursing Officer
Candidates must have done B.Sc (Hons.) Nursing / B.Sc. Nursing OR B.Sc. (Post Certificate)/Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing from a recognized Institute by the Indian Nursing Council.
Candidates with a Diploma in General Nursing Midwifery from a recognized nursing institute can also apply provided they have post qualification experience of 2 years in a 50 bedded hospital.
Candidates must be registered as Nurses & Midwife in the State or Indian Nursing Council.

Step 4: The RML application number and login ID credentials will be sent to the mobile number and Email.
Step 5: Complete the registration form with information on qualifications, date of birth, experience, etc.
Step 6: Upload a passport photograph and signature in black ink of a maximum of 1 MB in size.
Step 7: Upload all other documents related to qualification, category, and experience (as applicable).
