1) Every person appointed as Nursing Tutor be on probation for a total period of two years on duty within a continuous period of three years.
2) Every person appointed as Nursing Tutor shall during the period of probation, pass the Account test for Executive Officers (Kerala) or Account Test (Lower), if he/ she has not already passed the tests.

Qualification
1) M.Sc (Nursing) or B.Sc Nursing (Basic or Post Basic) from a recognized University. 2) Certificate of Registration with the Kerala Nurses and Midwives Council as Nurse & Midwife in the case of women candidates or as Nurse in the case of male candidates.
Age Limit
20-36; Only candidates born between 02.01.1985 and 01.01.2001 (both dates included) are eligible to apply for this post with usual age relaxation to Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes and Other Backward Communities.(For other conditions regarding the age relaxation please see Part II Para 2 of the General Conditions.)
