2. Permanent Registration Under TCMC/ Kerala Medical Council.

2. Valid Kerala Nursing Council Registration.
Pharmacist
1.M.Pharm/ B.Pharm /Diploma in Pharmacy.
2. Valid Kerala State Pharmacy Council Registration.
3. One year Post Qualification Experience
