The National Rural Health Mission (NRHM), now under National Health Mission is an initiative undertaken by the government of India to address the health needs of under-served rural areas. Launched on 12 April 2005 by then Indian Prime Minister Manmohan Singh, the NRHM was initially tasked with addressing the health needs of 18 states that had been identified as having weak public health indicators. The Union Cabinet headed by Manmohan Singh vide its decision dated 1 May 2013, has approved the launch of National Urban Health Mission (NUHM) as a Sub-mission of an overarching National Health Mission (NHM), with National Rural Health Mission (NRHM) being the other Sub-mission of National Health Mission. .Applications for following vacant posts under Delhi State Health Mission for State Health Society (Delhi) and 11 Integrated District Health Societies are invited in the prescribed format for contractual engagements

The applications should be submitted at The Office of Delhi State Health Mission, State Program Management Unit, 6th Floor, B-Wing, Vikas Bhawan-II, Civil Lines, Delhi-110054 by Hand in the drop box OR By Post. The last date for receipt of applications is 1st March, 2021 by 04:00 p.m, application received after the last date shall be rejected. The Delhi State Health Mission will not be responsible for any postal delay.
One application will be considered for one post only. A Separate application along with documents etc. should be submitted if applying for more than one category of post. No TA/DA shall be paid for attending the interview/ written/skill test. Applications are required to be submitted in prescribed format. Application format may be downloaded from DSHM website https://dshm.delhi.gov.in. Application in any other format will not be accepted, please ensure post applied for is clearly mentioned on the application format.
